Elisha Homes is a family-run, boutique construction studio. We do one thing, and we do it thoroughly: we design and build exceptional loft conversions for people investing in the homes they love.

Integrity, for us, is a structural word before it is a moral one. A junction is either true or it is not. A steel is either sized correctly or it is not. A conversation with a client is either honest or it is not.
We build homes the way we would build our own — slowly enough to think, quickly enough to respect your life, and always with the belief that the ordinary details, done properly, are what make a house feel extraordinary.
We accept a small number of commissions each year. It is the only way we know how to keep the standard we set for ourselves in 2013, when the studio was founded.

Every commission carries the same signature at the gate — a considered site hoarding, kept clean throughout the build. It is a small courtesy to the road, and a promise to the client: the same standard we hold at handover is the standard we hold from the first day of works.

I started Elisha Homes because I wanted to build the way I'd want someone to build for me — carefully, quietly, and to a standard I'd be happy to sign my name to.
The name Elisha is my middle name, my father's name, and his father's before him. It has been passed down through generations of our family, which is why I chose it for the company. It is a reminder that what we build should be worthy of the people who come after us.
I've spent my career on site, working alongside architects, engineers and craftsmen I trust. Every commission we take on I lead personally, from the first conversation to the day we hand the keys back.
We deliberately keep the studio small. It's the only way I know how to make sure the promise on our hoarding — Built With Integrity — is the same promise you'll feel in every joint, junction and detail when we're finished.
